My boyfriend and I are looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or basement to rent for next year, with a May 1st move-in. We’re both going into our Master’s programs, and we’re mature, clean, and respectful tenants. We do need a parking spot and a bus stop near by. We don’t have a tight budget and are happy to discuss rent.
