We are two female students (1st year master’s and a 5th year undergrad) looking for 2 female housemates for May. We have 2 rooms for rent available in our basement, which also includes a second living room space. The kitchen, bathrooms, and main living room are on the ground level floor. Rent is $840/month in addition to utilities and wifi. -Parking is available (driveway spot and the street).
-Free snow shovelling, lawn mowing, and leaf removal services included as well.
-Outdoor area includes a shed, porch, and outdoor space.
-Our home is in a prime location as it is a 5-min walk to the 99 bus stop, and a 5-7 min bus ride to campus. Very walkable and convenient area inc. a 5-10 min walk to downtown Guelph, Bardo/Starbucks plaza; and to the Royal City Park.
