We are two third-year students looking for 2 roommates in a 4-bedroom (queer-friendly) house! We are two pals who enjoy a chill night in and are easygoing folks! The lease begins May 1st, 2026 and ends April 30th, 2027.
Location is close to multiple bus routes (less than 10-minute ride to campus), Preservation Park, and is a 15-minute walk to the Stone Road Mall area. The house has one full bathroom and one half bathroom. Large backyard space that backs onto the Hanlon Creek walking trail.
Utilities are not included in the $900/month rent and we have an available parking spot in our driveway. The available bedrooms will be unfurnished, but the house is fully furnished with appliances.
