The basement has large windows, providing plenty of natural light, and includes a walkout to a large deck and backyard. There are 2 washrooms shared between the 3 bedrooms. Basement is a walk-out with a separate entrance. AC throughout the house.
We are looking for a female tenant to join two upper-year female students who are clean, quiet, respectful, and studious, while still enjoying a balanced and social lifestyle. Both current tenants are competitive hockey players and are often away on weekends during the hockey season.
The apartment is located on Colborn, an offshoot of Stone Road East, 6 minute walk directly across from the University of Guelph. A bus stop is just down the street with a direct route to campus.
Costs include all utilities, wifi and a parking spot.
