Looking to sublet my room for 6–12 months starting May 1. The location is exceptional—just a 4-minute walk to campus, with great amenities within a 20 minute walk and three bus stops within 5 minutes, offering routes north, south, and toward College.
This is the largest room in the house, featuring a spacious closet and a wide three-pane, an east-facing window that brings in plenty of natural light.
The house is shared with six others and is kept in excellent condition. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces. Many roommates may be away during the summer term, so the house is typically quiet with minimal noise, while still having a friendly and social atmosphere when people are around.
