We’re looking for a girl to live in the main floor bedroom of our 5 bedroom rental from May 2026-April 2027. The house is newly renovated and well maintained, with several amenities: in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, large shared backyard, and all yard maintenance and snow removal done by the condo complex. The bedroom in question has a beautiful large window, a clean shared washroom (shared with 1 other roommate), a large wardrobe with plenty of storage and is newly renovated. The house is shared with 4 other girls who are all kind, respectful, and clean. There are also 3 dogs living in this house that are taken care of by the tenant in the master bedroom, they also reside in said bedroom for the majority of the time. This is a no party house, residing within a quiet condo complex with extremely kind neighbors. The price listed includes both utilities and high speed internet. The house is a short 10-15 minute bus ride away from campus with the 50U and 18 coming by frequently. Additionally Stone Road Mall is a short 5-10 minute walk away!
