We are two female students going into our fourth year and are looking for one clean, quiet, female student to join us for the 2026–2027 school year (May–April). The townhouse has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two full bathrooms and one half bathroom).
The house is bright, spacious, located in a quiet neighbourhood, and is a 7-minute drive to campus. We are steps from the bus stop on the 5 Goodwin route, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants at the Clair Rd and Gordon St intersection.
