We are looking for a one or two female students to fill the primary bedroom + ensuite bathroom located in the east end of Guelph. The rent is $1200/ month + utilities which usually ranges from $60-80 per person/ month.
We are open to two people Sharing and the rent will be $600+ utilities each.
There are 4 of us staying for 5th year or post grad studies and we enjoy hanging out downstairs together and watching movies and going out every once in a while. We enjoy each-others company but also like having quiet time as we’re focused on school!
A little bit about the house and location:
– no parking available
– Bus runs every 30 minutes and the stop is a 5-10 minute walk from our doorstep and only 10 minute ride to campus
