My room is available for sublet over the summer months (May to August). The house is a 19-minute (walk+bus) trip to campus or a 20-minute walk to the UC. The house is also within a 20-minute walk to groceries, Tim Hortons, pharmacy, gas and pizza.

The house will be pretty empty for the summer, as the rest of us tenants will all be gone for the summer, with only one working female staying in the house over the summer.
