Located a 2 minute walk from bus stop, which has 3 different bus systems that can take you to the University of Guelph in 7 minutes. This is an amazing room, all utilities are included, except WiFi. You will only share the 4-bedroom house with either 1 or no indiviudals (depending if someone on the upper level sublets or not). If you are looking to rent that a room in the house with a friend, that can be arranged.
