Description
Will be abroad and looking to sublet my room for the summer semester! Bedroom is on the ground floor and all furniture will be included (cabinet, dresser, and queen size bed). You will have your own washroom that includes sink, toilet, and shower. There is a shared kitchen space and living room space with 2 other individuals. Rent price includes all utilities except for internet. Location is great being so close to the Domenic’s nofrills plaza as well as a 15 minute walk to University of Guelph!
