Located in the South end of Guelph, just a short walk from the second stop in the 99N bus line (so you ALWAYS get a seat on your way to class). Grocery stores and shopping plazas are all within 12 minute walking distance, as well as gyms, a Cineplex, and many restaurants. The neighbourhood is surrounded by several beautiful walking trails that connect to Preservation Park, great for a scenic walk, running, or seeing lots of cute dogs. The room is $960/mo, plus internet (~$20/mo), and is upstairs. It has a South-facing window, so you get plenty of morning sun. Parking is available if needed, but comes at an extra cost (split between all tenants who have cars). Lawn care and snow removal are provided.
