- Hey! I am a 2nd year student that is about to go on a co-op term and am looking to end my lease here as I won’t be working in Guelph. This beautiful townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are already occupied by my lovely roommates, so I am looking for someone to take up the last room. Three 2nd year girls currently live here, 2 in the sciences and one in criminal justice. They are all very kind, clean, and know how to balance academics and fun! The house is three floors, with a room in the basement and the other 3 on the top floor where the room for lease is, as well as 2.5 bathrooms. The townhouse is in a great location with a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and a direct 10 minute ride to campus. It is central to 4 plazas containing 3 different grocery stores, a gym and other amenities within an 8-15 minute walk. There is a washer and dryer in the house and utilities and wifi are included in the price.
