Backyard is furnished with seats and table and is available for lounging during the summer. The other housemates are upper year undergrads, and all girls 🙂
It is a 10 minute drive away from the university of guelph. 5 minutes from grocery stores (food basics, zehrs, shoppers, etc), restaurants, gym, and theaters !
