PRIVATE ROOM upstairs with Bed (no mattress), Desk, Chair, End-Table, and full closet in a clean modern home with private back yard.
Sub-Lease Term: May 2026 – August 2026 (I’m flexible)
If you need it less or later, I can look at June or July start dates or early end date.
Rent: $750 all inclusive
Parking: Parking on-site 1 spot
Mandatory : You will need to have & show proof of Tennent Insurance – easy to get and doesn’t cost a lot.
I’ve included images (last 2) of the furniture that will be replaced and come with the room.
Common areas include a kitchen, living room, laundry area, and shared bathrooms. The house is well maintained and conveniently located close to campus and amenities.
Bus stops less than a minute from the complex.
– 5 min drive to UofG (~10min bus, 20min walk)
– 3 min drive to the mall (Stone Road Mall), pharmacy, grocery stores, LCBO etc. (~10min bus, 15min walk)
