We are two female MA students looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, and a good fit for our house! The house is located in a quiet family/student-friendly neighbourhood with easy access to multiple bus routes, within 25 minute walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, and more!
Only an 8-minute drive to campus or 15 minutes from the front door to the UC by bus!
The bedroom features a spacious closet and a large window with blinds. It is located upstairs with easy access to the hallway laundry, and a shared 3-piece bathroom just steps outside the bedroom door. The bathroom is only shared with one other person.
Other details:
– Must be okay living with a dog. One of the tenants has a 1-year-old Golden Retriever who occasionally stays at the house
– No smoking
– Shared, partially fenced backyard
– Shared open concept living room and kitchen (already furnished with couch, TV, dining table, etc.). Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher
