LEASE TAKEOVER: 1 small room available in a 4-bedroom house with 3 other FEMALE uofg students + a CAT from January 1st, 2025 to August 31st, 2025.
Just signed a year lease for this house but my main goal was to move into a place close to my Fall co-op so I probably won’t be needing it for Winter-Summer 2025 semesters.
700 + utilities (varies depending on season and use of utilities) per month for a room on the second floor of a 4-bedroom house, the bathroom is shared with 2. I’m looking for someone who would like to take over the lease for the rest of my lease term after Fall semester (January 1, 2025-August 31, 2025).
The room comes furnished with a bedframe (would need to bring your own mattress), a table, and a chair. It’s a really spacious and gorgeous place in a nice neighbourhood located near the south end. 10 min drive to the university and around 30 min bus, 5 min walk to bus stop.
