I have a room for rent in my cute and stylish 2-bedroom apartment located between campus and Guelph’s downtown core (in the old university neighborhood). I’m a 31 year old working professional and I am seeking a mature student to share the space. My preference is for females, and no couples – it’s a single occupancy bedroom.
The apartment is already furnished except for the bedroom, and there are 2 cats (so no additional pets, please)! I’m quiet and clean, enjoy working on art in my downtime and I am hoping to find someone with a similar attitude. I’m hoping to have the room filled by October or November.
