46 Moore Ave is just 2 blocks west of Gordon St at the north corner of campus, … this is a quiet clean academic house surrounded by tall evergreen trees! You can walk viaJohnson Green in 7 or 8 minutes, or bicycle over even faster! Your housemates at present are all female except for one guy and everyone is doing either Master’s or PhD programs. However I would consider one quiet undergrad student for the room, preferably female and absolutely no pets or smoking. Great house for serious academics and good sleep!
The10 x13 upper floor well furnished bedroom becomes available January 1st 2025 at $872 all inclusive … utilities and wifi included! The adjacent upper bathroom is shared with one other female … a PhD student. The lower floor residents have their own bathroom.
International or Canadian students both welcome. Non-smoking, no pets please, and please keep your vaccination/flu shots up to date! A regular lease, is desired direct with myself. Winter semester, 8 months or Full Year. Good fridge and shelf space in the large kitchen and a NO COIN laundry in the basement!
