I’m subletting my room in this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house for the months January to April (2025). It’s an open concept main floor that’s good for socializing and makes it easy to keep clean.
The room has a gorgeous, big window that lets lots of natural light in. The room won’t be furnished (except for the desk) but the entire rest of the house is furnished with a TV (with Chromecast), two couches, dining table and more. The drumset is my housemate’s and he occasionally practices every couple weeks during daytime hours.
The upstairs bathroom (this is an upstairs room) is quite new and is kept very clean. The house mates have all been clean and respectful and are social/easy to get along with!
There are in-unit laundry machines. For storage, there’s a section of the garage available and a large crawl space. Parking available in the driveway! Utilities not included.
