We’re looking for a female to sublet/fill a room in our all female house from the beginning of January 2025 until early May. The room is within a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse off Gordon St., close to Solstice 1 (southend of Guelph). We are looking for someone clean, considerate, and more studious on weekdays. The rent would be $666.25/month.
Additional Notes:
-5 minute drive to campus
-2-4 minute walk from bus routes 99, 5, 59U, 56U (8-10 minute bus ride to campus)
-Would be living with 3 4th/5th year BSc. students and sharing a bathroom with 2
-No pets, unfortunately
