– 2 rooms in the basement apartment are available from May 2025 to May 2026.
– Any gender students are welcome in a coed queer-friendly house.
– Apartment comes with a private kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
– Access to the upstairs for the laundry room, garage, and backyard.
– Utilities included (except wifi, which we split between the 6 of us).
– 10 minutes to campus by bus (6 or 50U)
– 15 minutes walk to grocery store or restaurants

There will be four other people in the upstairs levels. We are very social though we are okay if you would like to keep to yourself. We are a mix of science and art students, and love a good board game night or movie night.
