Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom for the upcoming summer (May 1st ā August 30th). The bedroom is part of a spacious 6-bedroom house with four bedrooms on the top floor (including the one Iām subletting), one on the main floor, and one in the basement. My roommates will be away most of the summer, so you’ll have most of the house. The house is fully furnished, and the kitchen has all necessary appliances (Microwave, toaster, etc.). The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a desk, a full-length mirror, a closet, and a large window for plenty of natural light! The room is right across from the upstairs bathroom, with a bath/shower, double vanity sink, and linen closet. The house is a 15-minute walk to the Stone Road Mall, a five-minute walk from a bus stop and a five-minute drive from campus! I am preferably looking for a girl around 19-25 years old.
