Looking to sublet my large basement room in shared townhouse until May 1st, 2025 for $750/month. Move in date is flexible, depending on when you need the room. If you move in before the end of January, I won’t charge any January rent or utilities.

Utilities: not included – $60-80/month – can vary based on usage
Pets: 3 friendly cats in house, no more animals allowed
Storage space: 3 closets in room, and space in garage
Bathroom: Private bathroom setup
Heating/Cooling: filtered central air & heating system
Laundry: onsite laundry in basement- brand new washer and water softener
Location: just south Gordon & Kortright
Buses: bus stops right outside of townhouse going in both directions. Directly on route for the 99N and 99S, 1, 2, 56U, and 59U. One block away from GO transit bus stops going North and South.
Nearby Amenities: near plaza with gas station, cafe, Tim Hortons, subway, papa johns, dispensary, and more. 99N takes you to University of Guelph, No Frills, and downtown. 99S leads to the Clairfield/Pergola Commons, which has everything you could possibly need.
