Looking for a girl to take a Summer 2025 sublet for one bedroom in a basement apartment. The house is a 10 minute walk to campus and is a 2 minute bus ride away. Lease officially starts on May 1st and ends August 31st but could potentially move in as early as the last week of April if needed. The unit has 3 rooms total and is an all girl house. Two rooms will be up for sublet this summer so if you have a friend you wanted to live with we can totally accommodate that!
Rent is $600 per month but can be negotiated if you’re kind 🙂 Bedroom will also come fully furnished with the necessities such as my table, chair, bed, and maybe the TV as well. Internet, hydro, heat, electricity etc. are all included in the price, however, we do not have any parking space. It is important to note that our house is also a cat-friendly home!
