Looking for a responsible University of Guelph student to sublet the basement-floor room in our house for the 2025 summer term, available May 1st to August 31st (4 months sublet). You’ll be sharing the space with two other fourth-year male students studying Computer Science and Software Engineering and one second-year student studying Marine Biology.
About the Roommates: We’re a group of clean, quiet students who prioritize studying over partying. We’re looking for someone who shares these values and is respectful of shared living spaces.
Utility fees are included (Electricity, hydro, wifi).
There is no parking spot.
You’ll have access to a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for your everyday cooking needs. Laundry facilities are available in the basement for your convenience.
Furnished Room: The room comes furnished with a bed frame, a mini fridge, desk, and shelf. However, you’ll need to bring your bedding to make it your own cozy space. You are free to bring your own furniture as well.
Location: The house is conveniently located near multiple bus stops, providing easy transportation options within 1-5 minutes’ walk. Stone Road Mall is also within a 10-15 minute walking distance.
