Looking for a clean, quiet upper-year women to share a legal walk-out basement apartment with. Bedroom will be unfurnished and is approximately 8’ x 12’. The apartment has a separate entrance for us to use. Includes a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and laundry that is shared between the two of us. High speed WIFI, good water pressure, and good heating/AC. The apartment is no smoking, no parking, and no pets. Rent is 973.75 all inclusive with a 12-month lease starting May 1. It is a 10-15 min bus ride to UC bus loop on the 99 mainline, the bus stop is across the street. There is Zehr’s, Food basics, Longo’s, Dollarama, Cineplex, Good Life Fitness – all within 10–12-minute walk. I have included a video of the apartment for a better idea of the size of the space. Please keep in mind the bedroom will be unfurnished, the living room will be refurnished, and the kitchen table will be different (I am looking into replacing the furniture that will be removed by May). The photos will be updated as things change.
You will be expected to share half the chores in the apartment such as cleaning shared spaces, shoveling/salting our walkway, and doing the garbage/recycle/organics.
