Are you struggling with the existential crises of being in your mid 20s? Then 391 Cole Road may be the perfect sublet for you. We are located a short 3-minute walk to a bus stop, right around the corner from the mini mart (perfect for late night snack runs), near preservation park for your mental health forest walks, and surrounded by a good mix of students and families (extra fun to watch aggies running house to house for pre’s). Overall, the neighbourhood is a great mix of peace and entertainment.
391 Cole Road is a mentally ill LGBTQ safe space. We enjoy a good pointless argument (e.g. ketchup application) because let’s be honest, the world is on fire so why not argue about the stupid things in life, versus the dread of the real world. We are always down for a good TV/movie marathon, a random adventure, whether it’s going out to DQ for some late-night ice cream or a trip to the St. Jacobs market.
The house itself includes a massive backyard, great for reading, zoomies, or just hanging out. There is one parking spot available and laundry on site. Additionally, an amazing string of Christmas lights around the living room that were put up several years ago and never came down but creates amazing ambience. Other important details about the house are our business card drinking game and our ego jar.
