Hi! My name is Alyssa and I am currently a third-year economics and finance major at the University of Guelph. My two other housemates and I are looking for a fourth roommate, preferably in 3rd, 4th, or 5th year.
The room available is on the top floor with access to a shared washroom. There is a small washroom on the main floor and the house is fully equipped with kitchen amenities and washer/dryer in the basement. The house is located a 5 minute ride away from campus, or a 20 minute walk, within 20 minute walking distance to a bunch of grocery stores and the mall. The bus stop is just around the corner from the townhouse where buses arrive every 15 minutes.
Two of us are in commerce programs and the our third housemate is applying to OVC this summer. We are looking for someone who is clean and studious, but is also willing to have fun! - Contact
