Hi! We are 4 girls in first year, going into second year, looking for a 5th female roommate! The house is about a 10 minute drive or 20-25 minute bus ride to University of Guelph. The rent is $1100 a month total including utilities. The lease is from September 1, 2025 – April 2026. The house has 2 floors – the main floor is 730 square feet and the 2nd floor is 1000 square feet, basement not included. The house has 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 3 washrooms (2 with a bathtub/shower on the 2nd floor and 1 on the main floor), a laundry room on the 2nd floor, a 152 square foot kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a 315 square foot living room, and a backyard. The house is currently under construction so it looks different on google maps to how it will look by September. We toured a model unit with the same interior and will include pictures of how the house looks on the inside and the floor plan. The fifth roommate would be staying in the 5th bedroom (80 square feet).
