Hello!
We are a house of 3 guys, second years and a third year looking for a fourth roommate. Preferably a fourth guy, but not a requirement. Looking for someone clean and relatively quiet, as we are as well.
The room is upstairs, unfurnished, with two others. The bathroom picture included, is what is shared amongst the three rooms. 2.5 bathrooms in the house, a nice mutual living area, and a washer and dryer in the basement. There is a driveway for one car parking and only have to share a fridge with one other person. Bus stop is a 1 minute walk down the street (50U) which comes every 15 minutes. Utilities are not included in the $850 rent.
Lease is July-June.
