All utilities and wifi are included in the rent, and the landlord takes care of tasks such as taking the bins out on garbage day. With the room you would get a double bed, a mini-fridge, two desks, a closet, and storage cabinets. The house is less than 10 minute walk to campus, 30 minute walk to downtown, and near multiple bus stops.
This room is in a lovely, quiet, house of upper year and graduate students. There are six bedrooms, though one is currently vacant, and two bathrooms. The kitchen has lots of storage, including three fridges shared between the tenants. The basement has non-coin operated washer and dryer, both new. The property is beautiful, surrounded in trees visible from both windows in this bedroom. A driveway is available if parking is required. The other tenants are all very respectful, studious, and quiet, and will be extremely welcoming to you as they were to me.
