I’m looking for a female subtenant for my room in a house shared with 3 other girls (1 of them is currently away). My roommates and I would like someone who is tidy, respectful, and easygoing. Available May 2025 to end of August 2025, with a chance to sign a lease as well!
Rent is $725/month, including all utilities (*price drop* but also negotiable!). The 2 girls you would be staying with are upper-year undergrad students, and we have a friendly cat in the house! No more pets sadly, and no smoking/drinking/partying in the house.
The bedroom is on an upper floor and comes with a built-in closet. The room will be furnished for summer, with a desk, chair, dresser, and double mattress. You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other girl. 1 parking spot is available.
The house is in a prime location in the south end of Guelph, and is close to the university campus. The nearby bus stop has a direct route to campus (within 10 mins), and the mall and downtown are also close by bus. There are shopping plazas, gyms, grocery stores, restaurants, all within a 12 min walk, with more amenities nearby!
