Hello, I am a student at Guelph looking for a summer sublet from May 1st- August 31st.
Some info about the house: Large house, 10-minute walk from campus, 5-minute walk to bus stop. All utilities are included. The house has 12 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms however not all will be occupied over the summer. The room for the sublet is on the main level with a bathroom and laundry facility on the same level. There is a door in the room that leads outside to a parking spot. Furniture will be included (bed, desk, dresser, clothes hanger). The price is $675/month and is negotiable!
