RENT NEGOTIABLE SUMMER SUBLET
Hello!
I am looking to sublet my private room in a 5 bedroom house from May 1st 2025 to August 31st 2025.
We are a friendly group of five upper year students who enjoy spending time together but value personal space. We are looking for someone friendly and respectful to sublet a private room for the summer. Must be queer safe 🙂
House information:
5 bedrooms, one bathroom
No basement bedrooms!
Spacious kitchen and living room
Front porch
Two parking spaces
Backyard
Laundry in basement

378 York Rd
10 minute walk from grocery store
15 minute bus ride from University
10 minute bus ride from downtown
Room can come partially furnished if requested.
Rent is $500 a month + utilities and wifi.
