Hello there! I am looking for a female student to sublet my small, but cozy bedroom on the first floor from May 1st, 2025 to August 31st, 2025. This is an all-female, friendly, and respectful environment, occupied by mostly first-year students. There are five of us, but so far, it is unknown how many will be staying throughout the sublet period. In addition, the rent details are negotiable, with the minimum being $600 per month.
This summer sublet includes the following details:
– Laundry provided (washer + dryer)
– Utilities provided (+ wifi)
– Parking space
– Furnished (as seen in the images provided)
– this includes a bed, drawer, desk, chair, bookshelf, and closet
To better envision the house’s structure, here are some more information about the house:
– Five bedrooms altogether (three on first floor, two on second floor)
– Two bathrooms (one on each floor)
– A kitchen
– A living room
The location is a one-minute (or less) walk to the nearest two bus stops. It is a <10 minutes drive to the University Centre, or if you prefer walking, it is about a 30 minute walk straight from the house to campus.
