Description
Looking for one female roommate from May 2025 until April 2026 in a 5 bed 2 bath household. The room for lease is on the basement floor and is shared with one other bedroom along with a full bathroom and the laundry room. Rent is currently $700/month with wifi and utilities split amongst the roommates. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the Shoppers Drug Mart/LCBO and a 7 minute walk from Stone Road Mall. There are also plenty of bus stops within a 5 minute walk from the house. The house is shared with an OVC student and graduate students, 3 females and one male. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and appreciates a calm and friendly atmosphere. No pets please as we already have a very loveable cat currently living in the house who is nervous of other pets.
