Looking for one other to share with 3 other females.
We are looking for an upper year/mature student to join our house for May 2025-April 2026. The house is in an ideal location with it being a 7 minute walk to OVC, a 10min walk to main campus, and it is steps away from the 99N/S bus route.
The room will be unfurnished, with rent being $850 (including utilities), and the only additional cost is wifi which is currently $24/month per roommate. There is laundry on site and a parking space is available.
A little bit about the girls living here: One is going into their 4th year at OVC, one is a working professional with a social work degree, and the other is going to be a 3rd year BSc Agriculture student. They are overall a quiet, studious group that prioritizes having clean communal spaces and loves the occasional game/movie night together!
