- Hi everyone! I have 1 room for rent in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse for rent from May 1st, 2025 (later start date is negotiable) to April 30th, 2026. Rent is $800 a month (per room) plus utilities (shared equally between all 3 housemates). We are 2 young professionals (24 year old female) looking to add 1 person to our house. We are friendly, respectful, and like to keep a tidy house and are looking for someone similar. There is 1 parking spot available as well as a bus stop right outside the complex with multiple bus routes. The unit is super close to the entrance of the complex. There is also visitor parking. The house and bedrooms are spacious and bright and the basement is used for laundry and storage. The house also has air conditioning. All bedrooms are on the top floor. We also have an amazing and responsive landlord. There is one cat living at the house so must be okay with animals. Not looking to add additional pets at this time.
