ROOM AVAILABLE FOR RENT! Urgently looking!!! Females preferred.
$900 plus utilities. Lease is May 1st – April 30th 2026. Room is unfurnished, but I have a desk I’d be willing to leave if needed! Must be okay with cats!
Located on the South end of Guelph near Pergola Commons. Room available in shared house with 3 other girls who are 24-25 and are working or in school. The room shares a bathroom with one other person. There is a shared kitchen, living room and laundry. We are getting a brand new fridge and dishwasher as well! Unfortunately, there’s only three parking spaces in the driveway (three roommates currently have cars) but there is parking on the road in summer months and exemptions for the winter if the driveway doesn’t have space (first come)! We are also about a 3 minute walk from a bus stop on Gordon and it’s about a 12-15 minute bus ride to campus. We are in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood right around the corner from a cute park and in front of Preservation Park! We also have a good yard if you like to sunbathe or just spend time outside. Our one roommate is coming with two cats so must be okay with pets! - Contact
