Sublet Opportunity: Spacious Basement Room for Summer 2025
Looking for a responsible FEMALE student to sublet the basement-floor room in our house for the 2025 summer term, available May 1st to August 31st (4 months sublet). You’ll be sharing the space with two other second-year female students studying Animal Science and Psychology.
About the Roommates: We are a group of clean, quiet students who prioritize studying over partying. We are seeking a roommate who shares these values and is respectful of shared living spaces.
Utilities: Please note that utility fees are not included, with the exception of WiFi. (Electricity and hydro are to be divided among roommates).
Payment Details:
* August rent is required upfront at signing.
* First month’s rent is due on May 1st.
Room Features:
* A large and fully furnished room including a bed frame, mattress, large desk, storage shelving, small wardrobe, and a small sink.
* You’re welcome to bring your own furniture as well!
House Amenities:
* Access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
* Laundry facilities located in the basement for your convenience.
* Garage available for parking and storage.
* Driveway parking is also available.
