Hey guys! My roomates and I are looking for a female to rent a bedroom in our home! It is me and another girl living upstairs with a joint washroom and a guy living downstairs in the basement with his own washroom. We are really fun and easy going people and are all going into our fourth year this coming September!
We are a 10 minute walk from campus (16 University Avenue West) and are right on the 99 bus line. Lease starts May 1 for a whole year and as per the rent increase it is $940/ month including utilities + $10 a month for wifi.
No pets allowed as per the lease
The room is the second biggest, has a large closet and window, can fit a queen bed, dresser, and desk.
