Description
Looking for a quiet, clean and responsible student to sublet my room from May to December 2025 ( 2 semesters/8 months) while I’m on co-op. Preferably female but all gender identities welcome. Must get along with 4 other roommates (all 3rd year undergraduate students). Safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

The house is a 5 min drive from Guelph campus and a 20 min bus ride. We are right on the 50U and 6 bus lines. Also a 15 minute walk to stone road mall and close to Royal Recreation trail. Parking is available in driveway and on street. Room is on the second floor, bathroom shared with 2 other people. I am leaving my bed, desk and mini fridge here so those can be used. There is also a closet with shelves which is not visible in the picture.
