Furnished bed room on Lindsay Crt with a single bed, dresser computer/work desk ,chair& closet.
Looking for non-smoking , mature & independent student ,who will be respectful of space, people, and pets.
The house is clean, cozy, quiet and safe, situated on a quiet street in a non student rental area.
You’ll be sharing the house with 1 other student and the landlord (who’s in the basement)
Shared spaces include (all main floor) living room, kitchen, front porch, large covered rear deck, backyard & shared bathroom (students only and is kept Immaculate)
The house has a water softener and RO drinking water system, you also have individual room temp control. There are pets in the house, a small dog and a cat.
9-minute walk to the direct bus ride to campus (Route 17 there and 18 back) also a 6-minute walk to a bus to downtown.
This price is $750 month includes ALL utilities, laundry & Fast WiFi.
Parking not included but can be arranged.
Preference may be given to international students.
You have to be a University of Guelph student. No exceptions.
