Description
Price includes utilities, wifi, ect. Door to the balcony in the room, shared with one other tenant. Bathroom is also shared with one other tenant, and because of this the landlord is only willing to agree to a sublet with another woman. The building has a kitchen shared with four other tenants containing communal dishes and cookware.

Desk, chair, bedside table, and bed (with mattress but not sheets) are included, the other items are mine and will be moving out with me.

If you want me to assign my lease to you I am willing to request that, or you can ask to get your own yearlong lease with the landlord. I don’t plan to return, since I’m graduating. Doing so would become $895 a month instead.
