It is one of the best properties for Guelph students as it is extremely close to the university. The backyard door exits to Gordon Street and there is a bus stop behind the house. Just behind the house, there is Tim Horton’s, Subway, Mac’s, a Pizza shop, etc. From the house, it is only a 7-8 minute walking distance to the campus. There are two strip malls, each 1-minute walking distance from the house. There is a nice deck behind the house, convenient for when students want to take a break and relax. The house comes with several safety features. There are fire rated doors in every bedroom and individual smoke alarms. There is also a hard-wired smoke and CO alarm. Looking for good, serious students, no smoking and no parties allowed.
