Hi there! My name is Avery and I am looking for a summer sublet (May to August) for my room in a house of 5 located about a 15 minute bus ride or 10 minute drive from campus and near a plaza with groceries and other amenities.
The house is a beautiful, clean home and you will have access to the bedroom, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and garage. The house is partially furnished (dining table/couch included), but the bedroom itself will be furnished with only a bed.
My roommates will not be living there for most of the summer, but there may be 1-2 other sublets.
I am hoping to sublet for $500/month plus utilities but the price is flexible.
I am unfortunately not able to tour the house as I have not yet taken possession, but I can send extra videos and photos if you reach out! - Contact
