Our cozy home has a good amount of natural light coming in, especially in our medium sized, high ceiling rooms. You may have full access to our kitchen and catch up with good-hearted friends in the living area and backyard. Just a quick walk or bus ride to all the trendy shops, cafes, and nightlife of downtown Guelph. Grocery stores, general shopping, bus stops (e.g., Route 99 Bus is a min walk away, and takes you to the University), Guelph Central Station (main hub for Guelph Transit buses, Go Transit trains, intercity buses, and Via Rail), and other conveniences are within a 10 minute walk away both by foot and/or by bus.
The rooms is $815/month and this includes hydro, utilities, and internet. Washer only and Drying racks. Also, a laundromat is a 5-6 min walk away. A peaceful and tidy home, not a partying household. Suitable for a mature, serious, and responsible individual, who would appreciate a safe, quiet, calm, and friendly atmosphere. No smoking on the premises. There is year round street parking. Parking in our driveway is at times available but not guaranteed as it is shared amongst the owners of the house.
