I’m looking for a student to sublet my room for the summer, from May to August. The room is located in a basement unit that has a separate entrance, offering privacy and a quiet environment—ideal for summer studies or work.
The unit has two bedrooms in total. My room is the one available, and the second room belongs to my friend, who doesn’t live in Guelph and only stops by occasionally to check on the place. The space is unfurnished, but fully functional with a kitchen, bathroom, washer, and dryer. Everything is included—utilities, water, electricity, and internet—so you won’t have to worry about extra costs.
The rent is $550 per month, and I’m open to negotiation. This sublet is only available to students. It’s a great opportunity if you’re staying in Guelph over the summer and need a simple, comfortable place to live.
