Looking for a new UoG student for tenancy between May 2025 and April 2026 in this 5 person co-ed house.
The bedroom available is 11’x 13′ with a full-size closet and an individual key lock door. The house has 2 laundry units, 2.5 baths, water softener.
Parking is available (for an average size vehicle) if needed.
Direct bus routes to campus:
2 min walk from bus stop (route 5) – 15 mins to campus, 10 mins back, 5 min to plaza with grocery and food (maps will say otherwise, though this is my experience)… will ALWAYS get a spot on the bus from this location on route!
5 min walk from 56U bus stop – 10 mins to campus during week.
Currently, the tenants confirmed for the next rental period consist of 2 male, 1 female tenant, and myself (the landlord, male). All pursuing undergrad degrees in Agri. Bus., Enviro. Sci, Psych., and Mech. Eng. respectively.
As such the house as a whole is usually calm and academically motivated, with the odd gathering encouraged. Additionally, we strive to maintain neat living conditions.
